How can I get a refund on my purchase?

  • You can request a refund within 3/7 days from the date of purchase.
    Purchases through the website (Credit/debit card or via Razopay / )


  • Please contact us through our form indicating the email you use at OTU , the order ID and the reason for your refund request.


  • Please bear in mind that the refund will be made via the same payment method that you used to complete the payment and that this may take several days to be reflected in your account, depending on the time your bank takes to handle payments.


  • You can request an exchange up to 3/7 days from the date of purchase, or from the date of the course’s publication, if the purchase was made during the pre-sale period (pre booking ).


  • To do this please contact us through our form and don’t forget to include the name of the course that you want to exchange and the new one you want to begin. (Please note that we can only exchange a course once)..
